Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Certain products may be available as subscription purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring deliveries and recurring charges based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely and charged automatically for each scheduled subscription fulfillment.

Shipping charges apply to each subscription shipment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Pay-As-You-Go Subscriptions

Standard subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails or by contacting us directly.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Prepaid Subscriptions

Certain subscription options may be offered as prepaid plans, including multi-month subscriptions purchased in advance.

By purchasing a prepaid subscription, you agree to pay for the full subscription term at checkout. Prepaid subscription payments are non-refundable once the first shipment associated with the subscription has been fulfilled.

Prepaid subscriptions remain active for the purchased subscription term. Cancellation of a prepaid subscription will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund for any remaining prepaid period.

At the end of the prepaid subscription term, the subscription may automatically renew according to the subscription option selected at checkout unless canceled before the renewal date.

Returns

Subscription purchases remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
