Shipping Availability
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after an order is placed.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Subscription Orders
Subscription products incur shipping charges with each scheduled fulfillment unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs for subscription renewals are calculated and charged separately from the subscription product price.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow carrier systems time to update tracking information after shipment.
Digital Receipts
In support of our sustainability efforts, Myzel Risin' provides digital order confirmations and receipts via email. Paper invoices, packing slips, or printed receipts are not included with shipments unless required by law.
Please retain your order confirmation email for your records and future reference.
Temperature & Product Care
Our products should be stored according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.
Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly. Exposure to excessive temperatures, direct sunlight, or prolonged outdoor storage may affect product quality.
Myzel Risin' is not responsible for products that are damaged, degraded, or otherwise affected due to prolonged exposure to heat, cold, direct sunlight, or other environmental conditions after delivery has been completed.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Myzel Risin' is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Myzel Risin' is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related delivery issues, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating the shipment, filing carrier claims when applicable, and helping resolve the situation.
Returns & Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by Myzel Risin' due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
