We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
